Can I get a rough price range before we talk?
Yes. Once we understand your project’s scope, we’ll share a rough range before sending the formal quote. The exact number always comes after a short chat so it truly fits what you need — message us on WhatsApp for a quick ballpark.
How long does a project usually take?
Timing depends on the type of work and the active project queue. Websites generally take 1–2 weeks, while copywriting, design, and software are estimated after we understand the need. Before work starts, we always confirm a realistic timeline on WhatsApp.
How many revisions can I request?
Every package includes 3–5 rounds of major revisions at agreed stages (draft, preview, final). Minor tweaks during final review aren’t counted, and if you need extra rounds, we quote the per-round cost up front.
What are your payment terms?
We start with a 50% deposit up front, with the balance due before the final files are handed over. We accept local bank transfer, e-wallets (GoPay/OVO/DANA), and PayPal or Wise for overseas clients — and for larger projects, milestone-based payments are available.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
Ideally: a short description of your business, visual references or websites you like, basic content (copy, logo, photos), and your main goal. Don’t have all of it yet? No problem — we’ll help shape it from scratch in the kickoff brief.
Can Kafha handle urgent or fast-turnaround projects?
Yes — most projects can be expedited with an express add-on, typically 30–50% faster than the standard timeline. Tell us your deadline in the first chat, and we’ll be upfront about whether it’s realistic or needs a scope adjustment.
What’s included when you build a website (SEO and mobile)?
Every site we build is fully responsive (sharp on phone, tablet, and desktop) and ships with foundational SEO like meta tags, page-speed tuning, and schema markup. For advanced SEO such as keyword research and ongoing content optimization, we offer it as a separate package.
Who owns the source code for the automation or software?
Source-code needs can be discussed on WhatsApp before the project starts. Once we understand what you need, we explain the suitable access, documentation, and software-delivery options and write them into the agreement.
Does Kafha work with small businesses, new brands, and overseas clients?

Every web and software project includes a warranty for bugs or errors from our work. The terms are explained and written in the scope before work starts. For support such as content updates, backups, and maintenance, we also offer flexible monthly retainers.
